The location was perfect - gorgeous mountain and waterfall views off the primary bedroom and living room balconies (with tropical bird visitors every morning), ocean views from the breakfast nook, and across the street from a lookout to Makana. „Great villa for a small family. Easy walk to the 1 Hotel for dinner/drinks. Villa has everything you need…beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Only negative is the roosters in the morning (villa cant control)!!! Thanks“

„Well presented open plan main floor with patio that overlooks Makai golf course. Downstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with laundry area. All well maintained and clean. Dealing with property manager was exceptional and was very responsive to texts. Nearby beach about a 2-3 minute walk down the side of a hotel. Beautiful views across Hanalei bay.“

„The resort property is gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood is immaculate. We left this morning and I am already missing it! The host was very helpful. We had a discrepancy with the resort fees, but she was extremely responsive, apologetic and took care of the issue. Thank you for a wonderful first time on Kauai!!!“
