So ein schönes Hotel
Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mindestens 4 Sterne wert. Man kann mit Fahrrädern recht schnell die Innenstadt erreichen oder am Golf entlang fahren. Beim Frühstück fehlte uns nur unser sehr geliebter frischer griechischer Orangensaft - a la Carte kann man aber alles bekommen. Was leider nicht gut war, unser Zimmer lag an der Einfahrt zum Hotelparkplatz und wir sind noch nicht schwerhörig. Dazu kam noch der Hund des Nachbarn, der ständig die Autos begrüßte, die auch nachts um 2 Uhr noch den Weg nutzten und morgens ab 5.30 h. Unter der Option eines ruhigeren Zimmers würden wir wieder buchen. Das Essen im Restaurant können wir sehr empfehlen .. modern Greek Cusine …

Absolut empfehlenswertes komfortables Hotel
Absolut super Hotel mit tollem zuvorkommenden Service des Personals. Obwohl der Sept. in Greece für Mitteleuropäer ein Topmonat ist, war das Hotel nur gering belegt; Dadurch hatten wir den riesigen Pool fast für uns alleine; Zwar nicht unbedingt besonders attraktive Lage, aber per KFZ oder Fahrrädern waren wir in 3 km in der sehr schönen Hafen- und Cityzone der überraschend schönen Stadt Preveza; auch Strände in der Nähe! Die kostenlos zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder hätten einen besseren Service verdient!

The property has nice amenities. However, the owners failed to mentioned that they have turned their small pool into community pool, where every one is welcome to come after they pay a fee based on their age. The serenity goes away as soon as you have 20 kids.teengers jumping in out of the pool. Impossible to be in it or swim either. The manager was not willing to rectify the situation and showed very poor customer service skill, borderline rude. I contacted Expedia and they tried to help with no success either.

Lovely property, nice rooms, pools etc. Only challenge was that the Air Con is outdated, not intuitive to use and did not get the room cool enough to sleep well.

Beautiful pool & gardens, but dated hotel rooms.
Beautiful location however the hotel rooms are somewhat old and dated. The grounds and pool are beautiful, however the all inclusive leads a lot to be desired with a poor selection of food, water down local alcohol and lastly, incredibly rude restaurant staff - even the hotel owner can be included with this after enquiring to speak with him directly about our experiences. We will not be re booking at this hotel again.

Zeer goed onderhouden hotel met top bediening
Wij hebben hier een overnachting geboekt als tussenstop. Hotel ligt ca 4 km van centrum Preveza. Zeer sfeervol en net ingericht. Superluxe kamers met airco, goede bedden en lekkere douche. Zwembad is top. Voldoende vrije ligbedden en bar waar je drinken en broodjes kan krijgen. Ovderdekt terras in schaduw waar je kan lekker kan eten. Bediening erg pro actief en vriendelijk. Zo hadden we het nog niet meegemaakt in Griekenland. Echte aanrader

Hotel is close to the historic center of Preveza if car is available. The room is spacious and well equipped. Two personal verandas available for each room. Employees are friendly and hospitable. Garden is beautiful and well kept, with a nice pool. Parking available. Breakfast reach and with a wide variety. Clean-up of the room ...ok. But with a little more effort it could have been better.

Nice quiet hotel about 5 mins (and €5) by cab to the town centre. Lovely, helpful staff who are a big asset to this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble.

Mycket bra hotell, vänlig personal och väldigt service inriktade. Rent i rummen, fin pool med bra tänk för barn. Lite utanför men det är inget minus eftersom hotellets läge bjuder på lugnet istället. Kommer definitivt att besöka hotellet igen om jag hamnar i Preveza.

Luxury hotel - One of the best!
Wonderful relaxed hotel. 5 star service, beautiful rooms and stunning pool area and gardens. If you like small luxury hotels with excellent service you will love this hotel. We took our 10 year old and 2 year old and they had a lovely time meeting international guests and friendly local people. This hotel is for a relaxing family break, a chance to spend time with each other. There are no kids activities or clubs which we prefer as its nice and quiet! The town is beautiful and very lively, excellent tavernas and bars.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are very spacious and kept very clean. The pool is a good size, locals are allowed to use the pool which may mean it gets crowded at peak times however at the time we were staying we did not find it to be a problem. The breakfast provided has a good selection. We also ate dinner at the restaurant a couple of times and found the food to be very nice, as you would expect the prices were higher than other local restaurants but we still felt they were reasonable. The location is very quiet with just a couple of small shops selling basic food and drinks within walking distance. A free shuttle is provided to take you to any of the local beaches - this was on request for whatever time we chose, the driver Jim would take you to whichever you wanted to visit or suggest the best ones for you. You can get a taxi to the harbour for €5 each way where there are more shops and many restaurants, they all seem very reasonablly priced and most have a similar selection of traditional greek food. This is still just a small area and it does not take long to walk around. If you want a quiet holiday spending most of your time at the beach or the pool in a nice quality hotel then I would recommend you stay here. If you are looking for a more active holiday then be prepared to travel a bit further. If you are renting a car for your holiday this would make a nice quiet base.

Staying half board enabled us to enjoy the friendliness of the staff,the excellent food provided by the wonderful chef plus the ambiance of the hotel and grounds. Certainly the hotel provided the wow factor we were looking for and would certainly revisit this hotel.

Beautiful hotel
We could not find fault with the DaLuz hotel at all. All the staff were so cheerful and happy to help. Vilma in the mornings at breakfast with a beautiful smiley face. Panos happy to drive us anywhere. Socrat and Vicky in the evenings serving our drinks and food which the chef takes pride in. The apartments were lovely and cleaned everyday. Really enjoyed our stay.
