„Great stay for our bi-annual friends reunion! This place had everything - the lake was well-equipped with kayaks, mini kayaks for the kids, pedal boat, etc. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone, and enough plates bowls cups and a big table to gather around. Grill, seating areas for reading or morning coffees, fire pit, hot tub. And of course the sauna! Everything worked great and was so comfortable for our stay. Great communication from our host - absolutely would recommend!!“

„Really adorable place! My husband, son (5yrs), and I stayed here when visiting Cooperstown (about 40 mins away). „This property was amazing! It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen is spacious and updated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit! The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the games and the outdoor pond with lots of frogs. „Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. „Paradise on a hilltop! Comfortable, lovely cottage with great outdoor space for relaxing and dining, set in an absolutely beautiful location. Forest, meadow and mountain views. Wonderful host(s) who made us feel very welcome and helped us to make the most of our stay there, with fresh eggs from their chickens and firewood for the wood burning stove.
