„This hotel is an oasis of civilization in rural Maine. It is attractive, comfortable and clean. You will need a car in Presque Isle, or pay the sole taxi $35 each way to and from the airport.“

„Although there is construction going on at the hotel it was very nice. The only complaint we have is the AC unit in the room kept shutting off all night and one of us would have to turn it back on“

„When I arrived , they did not have a room reserved for me despite my reservation six weeks ago. They claimed Expedia did not notify them. I had to drive 15 miles to another hotel owned by the same person where I stayed.“

„Staff wouldn’t check us out in the morning, used soap in the bathroom, dirty nightstand.“
