„To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the property, from cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, which one could cut their bare feet on, the floor boards in the dining area that were loose and lifting up, a back storm door that was broken and would not close properly to the walls that were in need of a fresh coat of paint. „Upon arriving, I was met by Melissa & Beau who were friendly and graciously advised me to contact them anytime if we required anything. Great location as we walked to the LSU game. Townhouse was furnished with everything we required for our 2 night stay. Liked the gated parking and large shared yard. “

„Close to LSU and perfect area for parents who have a student attending LSU. Very clean and nice place. Owners were nice and prompt to answer or fix any issues. I will definitely choosw to stay here when I visit my child at LSU again. Highly recommend! I was skeptical staying next to a gas station but it was actually the perfect place and area to stay. No issues with the residents of the neighborhood and no scares. Felt very comfortable. So happy my family chose this stay!“
