La Mansarda is a thoughtfully designed space, featuring a comfortable double bed, a sofa that can accommodate an additional guest (ideal for an older child—additional costs apply), and a smart TV for entertainment. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated to ensure your comfort year-round.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the bathroom offers a wash basin, bidet, toilet, enclosed shower, and a hairdryer.

Everything you need is within easy reach! Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés are just steps away. The beautiful Marina di Praia is just 1.5 km from the apartment, easily accessible by bus (the nearest bus stop, Praiano nr 6, is just a minute’s walk). For those arriving by car, street parking is available about 5 minutes away.

Additional Information:

• The apartment comfortably accommodates 2 guests in the double bed, with the option for a third guest on the sofa (additional charges apply).

• Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.

• We prefer not to admit very young children, and pets are not allowed.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

• As this is a mansard apartment, part of the ceiling is slanted (the last 3 meters before the sea-view window). Very tall guests should consider this when booking.

• The apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi, an oven, electric stove, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, and all necessary crockery, dishes, and cutlery.
