Tolle schöne Unterkunft! Leider OHNE Parkplatz!! Diese Unterkunft kann nur empfohlen werden wenn man ohne Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Abgesehen davon ein sehr empfehlenswertes schön renoviertes Hotel mit tollem Pool.

Nice Boutique Hotel with amazing sea views
We had two wonderful nights at Villa Gianlica. The rooms and hotel facility were modern und clean. The most amazing part was the sea view from our room. Breakfast was for Italian standards really good - the best on our whole Italy trip.

Neues, kleines Boutiquehotel. Schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Schade, dass der Gartenbereich ab ca. 20.00 Uhr geschlossen ist. Das Frühstück könnte noch mehr bieten (z.B. gibt es nur Weißbrot, keine Eierspeisen).

Besonderes Hotel in in einzigartiger Umgebung
Das Boutique Hotel Gianlica ist eine echte Empfehlung für Gäste, die Liebe zum Detail schätzen. Das Hotel wurde erst vor 2 Jahren erbaut und ist somit in einem Top Zustand. Die 8 Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet u die gesamte kleine Anlage (Gärten, Poolbereich, Frühstücksterasse) ist geprägt von liebevoller Individualität. einzigartig ist der Blick aufs Meer! Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hang, eine Bushaltestelle um die weiter tiefer liegenden Ortsteile von Praiano zu erreichen, liegt direkt vor dem Haus. Die Nachbarorte Positano und Amalfi kann man ebenfalls per Bus erreichen, (diese Buslinien ca. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt) denn Autofahren ist auf den sehr engen Straßen und der italienischen Fahrkultur wirklich sehr abenteuerlich ;-)

Best hotel ever
We have been on a 3 week trip through Italy and this hotel by far has been the BEST! Marika at the hotel communicated with me via email before the trip helping me plan things to do for 10 of our friends. The hotel is the most beautiful property I’ve ever seen. The lunch they served when we arrived was amazing!!! We would definitely go back. Praiano is quiet but it is easy to travel to other cities. Best restaurant was In Pirato incredible views and delicious food!

Easy location form the SITA bus stop. We underestimated the logistics of getting around Amalfi area, but very convenient close to the local bus and the larger bus to get to further away destinations. Hotel was also super helpful booking a last minute excursion to Capri. And breakfast in the garden was just so peaceful overlooking the water. Beautifully maintained, quiet hotel . We loved our stay

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. Very helpful with all inquiries. They organise transfers if you require them, dinner reservations and will assist you with whatever you need. Couldn't rate this place any higher. It is absolutely beautiful. If you know how to ride a bike i would recommend hiring a scooter as it makes it a lot easier to travel around the Amalfi Coast and there is parking right outside the hotel. The buses can get extremely packed and at times you may not fit on. Do your self a favour and stay at this hotel.

Amazing experience with the best hosts and hostesses. Would definitely come back to praiano just for the exceptional time we had at this hotel. Merika and Tomaso made the stay worthwhile and helped us with booking tours/ planning our trip. Overall 10/10.

Not close to anything. It was a lot of steps to get to the beach. we had a cruise scheduled for Capri that didn’t go because of the weather. only one pizza restaurant within walking distance. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean

We had an absolutely stunning stay at Villa Gianlica. The property is even more beautiful than the photos can show, and every element of our time there was outstanding - from the service across the team, to the quality of the food, to the amenities available. Marika especially was incredible - the most helpful host we’ve ever had. We couldn’t speak more highly of Villa Gianlica and were so sad to leave! We will be back.

A fantastic retreat
We stayed for 2 wonderful nights, the place is a real oasis on the busy Amalfi coast. Room was very comfortable and the gardens and pool areas are really well looked after. There is no restaurant but staff are very helpful in making bookings, including Il Pino who pick you up and take you back to hotel. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again

A Boutique hotel with less than a dozen rooms, personal service and very attentive staff. The room has its own terrace, with well kept grass, with the spectacular view of the Amalfi Coast and the Salerno bay. The room had its own jacuzzi, and three levels below, there is another jacuzzi. A level below from the room, a beautiful pool: all with the amazing Amalfi views. The same for the breakfast area: full breakfast with breathtaking view. The Hotel helps you book table at any of the three restaurants just minutes walk from the Hotel. A bar is just across the street. Pre-order parking if you come with your car. Located in the higher park of Praiano, the bus stops at the hotel and takes you straight to Positano. Great value for money given the service, view, location.

Just beautiful!! The decor was clean white & bright. The view was spectacular with your own private small yard/balcony to enjoy. The property is big and a lovely area of discovery. The back area is tiered with a lemon grove that offers shade to relax & read. The next tier is a tranquil pool area and chaise lounges. Below that a beautiful garden. The hotel offers breakfast daily where you’ll meet Tomas the MOST wonderful host. The team uses most of its ingredients straight from their fabulous garden. We utterly enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Amazing boutique hotel in Praiano
Excellent place to stay in Praiano/Amalfi region Breakfast was amazing & it changed daily We had the Superior room with large tub & largest patio overlooking the sea Bus stop steps away Local stores in walking distance Lots of steps to get around which is par for anywhere in Amalfi region Staff was very helpful Room was large & very clean( cleaned every day) If you like more than 2 pillows I suggest you ask them when you check in Pool & gardens are very nice & well maintained Highly recommend Kasai for dinner up the hill & easy walking distance Cafe Mirante in town for cool drinks (bar was a little hard to find) Franchino’s in town on the sea had amazing views, wine & food & highly recommend Positano has great views & lots of shopping but beware of taking the buses in town & around due to overcrowding (you may get pushed around & will have to stand the whole way there)-you can buy tickets at local store near the hotel Small beach in town is in walking distance & is very quaint & has some good places to eat there Overall boutique hotel was amazing & a great find We would stay there again for sure

I loved staying here. As a solo traveler it was a very friendly quiet experience. I loved the room, the balcony, grass & trees! The fresh breakfast was so special with produce from their garden. The bus to Positano & other connections stopped across from the hotel. It is a very neighborhood feeling but very private, too. Having a lemoncello spritz before the bar closed at 8 was a special nightcap. Ciao the best to your special place!

Where do I start… this little hotel is absolutely fabulous the views the place itself is pure beauty. The gardens are maintained by god himself the pool is spotless not a single fly in the pool or anything. The service is out of this world basically anything you need. The lunch that they make on the spot is by far the best I had in the Amalfi coast. If you like seafood their seafood pasta is second to none more seafood then pasta!!!! Unreal!!! for only like 14 euros!!!!! And the view that you have during your lunch is breathtaking the only reason you have to leave the hotel is dinner because they don’t serve dinner but not to worry because couple of steps away there is a nice restaurant. For me it’s a must come back. Oh and the rooms you might guess by now are very clean and like new. Greetings from Poland

Magnifique séjour dans ce bel endroit. Très calme et facile d’y accéder au pied. Le personnel est très aimable. Nous aurions toutefois aimé plus d’accompagnement ‘service’ lors du check-in: explication des horaires de bus, ou acheter des billets, conseils sur les restaurants, ce qu’il y a à faire dans la région etc.

Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir la côte amalfitaine, à mi chemin entre Positano et Amalfi. Un hébergement de grande qualité, au calme, qui offre l’avantage particulièrement appréciable l’été d’un retrait bienfaisant par rapport à l’agitation et à la foule estivales qui vient bonder les corniches, les ruelles et les anfractuosités de la côte. Tout en restant nichée au cœur de l’une des parois surplombant le rivage côtier, dans le petit village de Praiano qui n’en offre pas moins de nombreux services et activités. La vue est grandiose, le personnel accueillant et attentionné, et de petites terrasses engazonnées proposent ombre et fraîcheur bienvenues. Un boutique hôtel à retenir sans hésiter.

I loved this place, mostly for the ladies working there! They were so personable, and remembered our names the whole time, always greeting us, helping us. The pool was lovely, great little area for catching the sun :)

The hotel and staff of Villa Gianlica are amazing, they make you feel like you’re at home. It’s Walking distance to nice restaurants and this hotel has the most amazing views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Praiano.
