My family of 7 adults stayed at this location for 5 days. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was clean and bedrooms are spacious with good comfortable beds for all the adults in our group. The location is great and the owner showed us how to work everything from espresso machine to washer. He was also very patient with the fact that our train was a bit delayed on our arrival day. There is a small elevator, though we usually walked the stairs to the fourth floor. Secure, quiet building. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prague.

This property is a beautiful apartment located very conveniently in the very heart of prague within minutes of everything. we were 6 adults and the space was perfect to accommodate this. It has a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. The property owner was very responsive and accomodating. The only thing to note is that the listing says Parking is available, but the building itself does not have parking - there is however a paid parking garage right across the street which was fairly convenient. Great stay for a few days in the city and wanting to feel like home.

Great location and great cosy apartment !
Overall the stay in Prague was excellent, the apartment is fully stocked and lovely and warm (there is air on for summer). The only downside was some of the furnishings really do need updating. The two floors were great for a 5 person family to spread out and not feel on top of each other. There is a short set of steps up the top from the lift to the door so bear in mind if you are not great with steps. Rached was excellent, very attentive and gave perfect instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. He organised all the transfers to and from the airport that went very smoothly. All in all a strong 5 stars but would be even better if they change some of the old furniture!

There were 7 adults so we needed every bit of space. The apartment was exactly as described and well positioned to the city center and easy to navigate to various points of interest. The host had the kitchen stocked with essentials which was much appreciated. This worked out well for our group, gorgeous city, definitely on the see it again list. The only "ding" was communication thru thr VRBO system, not our host's fault. Expedia created their ONE PASS system which totally screwed up communication. I spent at LEAST 2 hours over several days with tech support and the issue never got resolved. Not sure I'll use their services again. There are other similar services available with less hassle.

Great Apartment, Great Location and Great Host!
I stayed in the apartment for 4 nights with a group of female friends. The apartment was really lovely with a great living space and a sociable, well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were all lovely with comfortable beds and there were spacious bathrooms on both floors. The apartment was in a really pleasant quiet street less than10 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square ( where there is a Lidl) and its only 5 mins walk to the main railway station. We walked to all the main sites in the city. Rached was a brilliant host who was really easy to communicate with and really helpful.We can't thank him enough and all of us highly recommend his apartment.

Highly recommend Olivova and a visit to Prague
We had a wonderful stay at Olivova II. Plenty of room to spread out in the four bedrooms. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Rached was easy to communicate with and helpful. We could easily walk to the trams, to Old Town, to Wencelslaus Square and to the Mucha Museum. Twice, we took the train to other towns, including to Karlstejn Castle, and it was very easy to go to the train station, just a couple of blocks away. The apartment was in a great location. I highly recommend Olivova, and a visit to Prague!

Please stay here.
Please stay here. We stayed here for a week while we were in Prague with our son and his family. It was an ideal area to stay in. We easily walk to everything we wanted to see. Rached was a fabulous host. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. We loved staying at this property. I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Prag. Lejligheden lå perfekt og centralt. Vi opdagede at der er gode indkøbsmuligheder tæt på. Der købte vi ind til morgenmad med mere. Alt er nemt og i bekvem gå afstand fra lejligheden. Det er en rigtig fin lejlighed men ikke med udsigt andet enn til himlen. Men til vores behov var den fin.

Good experience. Except a room without A/C which was not mentioned in the description, the apartment is well fitted. Some water leaks in one room during a storm. These negative points should not stop you for going there. Transportations (trains, metro, trams...) and the center are very close. We had a great stay.

Very pleasant stay in Prague
Communication: excellent response to emails prior to trip. Couldn’t ask for better prior to arriving. Good response to issues during trip. They seem to actually care about your experience in Prague which has not always been the case in all our VRBOs in Europe. Location: a few blocks off the “tourist” area which is great... not too far to walk to the sites especially since Prague is a walking town but far enough from all the crowds so quiet at night. Location is ideal for train travel as so close you can roll your luggage to and from the main train station easily without Uber or Taxi or having to take on metro. Amenities: as described which is unique as it seems like there is always a surprise with VRBOs in Europe. We had a little issue with combo washer and dryer function but it was addressed quickly the next morning. The small elevator can be a little temperamental but seemed to work ok after getting more familiar with it. But we just did the steps a lot for some exercise. But it is A LOT OF STEPS. AC worked well especially since unseasonably warm in the 90’s when we were there. 4 bedrooms with good living space. Internet WiFi worked fairly well which is crucial with teenagers! Value: good... it is a little more expensive when you look at daily cost but compared to 2 hotel rooms, this is a better accommodation for probably slightly less costs. Clearly not a good value for a couple. We were a party of 5. Overall this has been our best VRBO experience in Europe. Compared to 4 different trips to Europe.

Good location, very functional and clean apartment, good beds, heating excellent, we appreciated the coffee/tea/sugar/olive oil/condiment basics provided. Shower gel/soaps would have been great, but there is hand wash soap. All consumables for washing clothes, dishes, and dustbin liners was provided, all appliances easy to use. Some of the light bulbs were out - an easy and quick remedy. It is an attic apartment retro-fitted with wooden floors so that can be noisy. In general the only negative would be the very tiny lift that can fit only two people or one person and two suitcases (requiring a few trips) as well as two flights of stairs at either end where the lift does not reach. Great amenities: enough sets of keys, good hair dryer, umbrellas provided, TV and Wi-Fi all great. Very close to the Main Train Station and one can easily walk from there to the apartment with luggage. Two blocks from closest Metro station. First time using Home Away but it will not be the last - great communication all the way. Thank you Rashed, Vladimir and Domenica

Wonderful Two-Story Apartment
Four of us were on a trip to visit Prague for the first time and booked Attic Olivova II. The place was close to everything, including public transportation, but was on a quiet street (one block away from all of the action). There are two bedrooms, a living room, a full bathroom and an eat in kitchen on the first floor of the apartment (which is on the third floor of the building - elevator available). Both of the bedrooms had a king size bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, spices and a coffee machine that ground up coffee beans and brewed a cup. All was included and readily available. The upstairs has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry room. One bedroom had a king size bed and the other had two twin beds. Every room in the house had an air unit except for one of the bedrooms downstairs. We used the car service offered by the owner and it was amazing. They were at the airport when we arrived and there early to pick us up to take us back to the airport. My friends and I were impressed and would stay here again next time we visit Prague.

Fab apartment in a fantastic location
Four adults and three teens stayed here for four days - Feb18. It was the perfect base to see the whole of Prague. The location is great, supermarket 5 minutes away, 10 minutes walk to the old town. The restaurant on the corner of the street is well worth a visit. The apartment has everything you need for a city break. The bedrooms are all lovely and the living space comfy. The coffee machine is excellent! Tip, if you are a tea drinker and are only there a couple of nights chuck a few tea bags in the suitcase save buying 50 in the supermarket! Also if you have a late flight the train station is 5 minutes walk and you can store your suitcase in lockers for a couple of euros - made the last day easy. The transfers Rached arranged were also great. thoroughly fab holiday - would definitely recommend this apartment.

Apartment is excellent on top floor of an older building, the quality of unit and appliances are excellent, quite yet close to centre city, bedding first class, even an amazing coffee machine with coffee beans supplied ! Rached was excellent with pre arrival communication and arranging cars from aerport. Negative is lift is similar age to building and not always reliable, thus 9 flights of stairs on which to carry luggage etc.. no assistance or response available from Rached or Vladimir re other options, quite a contrast to other communication.

Dear Margaret, thank you for your visit in Prague in our apartment. We are sorry to hear that the elevator was not working on the last day of your stay. Immediately after your email, we called the service for the elevator and they came to fix it. We did not hear from you anymore before check out, so we thought, everything is all right and the elevator is working. If we have heard from you, that the elevator is still not working, we would love to help you with the suitcases on the way down from the third floor. You know, we were assisting you by arrival as well. Sometimes it happens to all elevators, that they stop working for some reason (usually some electric part). It does not matter how old they are (our elevator is less than 10 years old). You can see on all other reviews, that there was not such an issue before. We are apologising one more time for inconvenience, but we think, it was just a mistake in communication. Rached & Vladimir

Clean and Beautiful Apartment
The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Kitchen utensils, condiments were plenty. Free coffee every morning with very new coffee and cappuccino machine. Owner and staff were very nice and response to any questions we have. Air condition was very strong. In general, it's a great place to stay and if I ever go back, I will definitely rent this place again.

Great Prague rental!
This great apartment was reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations! Our family of 5 adults spent a week in this lovely apartment in Prague. We were warmly welcomed and oriented to the apartment and the city by Vladimir, a representative of the owner. We had easy and affordable transfers from and to the airport. The building is well located and within walking distance of many interesting restaurants and provides easy access to the subway or trolleys for travel anywhere in Prague. We enjoyed just hanging around the apartment as well. It was very comfortable for family meals and had a nice little patio for a little extra space. The bathrooms are modern and lovely and the bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It is one of the best VRBO experiences we've had and I highly recommend it as a rental!
