Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, ebenso das Frühstück. Nicht gefallen hat uns, daß wir für unsere erwachsenen Söhne ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer gebucht haben und dieses dann mit zwei Einzelbetten und einer Pritsche ausgestattet war, die für einen Erwachsenen nicht geeignet ist. Nach Reklamation hat uns das Hotel für die letzte Nacht ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer angeboten, aber keine Vergütung für die beiden Nächte davor gewährt.

Leider sehr hellhörige Zimmer, hell leuchtende Bedienleisten am Bett für Klimaanlage etc. stören beim Einschlafen, Vorhänge gehen nicht komplett zu. Das Badezimmer hatte einen großen Wasserschaden an der Decke. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

My recent stay at Kings Court over the Christmas holiday was disappointing. The spa and gym were small and outdated, making for a lackluster experience. When attempting to book a table for Christmas Eve, I received no response. The breakfast staff was unfriendly, and the reception staff showed little interest in our experience. Overall, the hotel fell short of providing the expected level of service and comfort. I hope that these issues can be addressed for the benefit of future guests.

Wunderbares Haus, das wir ohne weiteres sehr empfehlen können! Stadtbesuch als Alleinreisender
Perfekte Lage des Hotels, um die (Alt-)Stadt von Prag zu besichtigen - alles in bester Geh-Distanz. Das Hotel selbst bietet ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücks-Buffet und auch das Restaurant hat sehr gute Speissen zu einigermassen moderaten Preisen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig (doppelte Fenster). Wellness Anlage (im Untergeschoss) ist schön gemacht, auch wenn etwas gar klein (z.B. nur wenig Stühle, keine Liegen). Das selbe gilt fü den Fitness-Raum (sehr klein und nur wenige Geräte). Das Buchen der Executive Lounge kann sich lohnen, wenn man zwischen 12 und 18 Uhr zwischendurch ein paar leckere Snacks und Drinkgs möchte. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im mitteleuropäischen Standard eher ein (gutes) 4-Stern Hotel. Preis-/Leistung insgesamt ok.

Jederzeit wieder!
Die tolle Lage und der sehr zuvorkommende Service machen das Hotel in perfekter Lage in Prag aus. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, so dass es nachts auch sehr ruhig gewesen ist. Bei dem grandiosen Frühstücksbuffet kann man dann auch über den ein oder anderen Schönheitsfehler, wie eine fehlende Garderobe oder einen losen Griff an der Badezimmerschublade hinwegsehen. Wir haben auch den Spa-Bereich genutzt, der für ein solches Hotel überraschend gut gewesen ist. Wir haben uns vom Empfang bis auschecken sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Moderne, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet sehr gutes WLAN großzügiges, sauberes und leises Zimmer (obwohl es eine Front zur Straße hatte) super Lage sehr guter Parkservice für das Auto ~ early check-in war nicht möglich (Koffer aber aufbewahrt) - Wasserhahn am Waschbecken stellt sich in der Mittelstellung zwischen kalt und warm immer selbst ab (ist auch zu niedrig angebracht)
