Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal im Hotel. Und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstückschaos vom letzten mal wurde diesmal erfolgreich gelöst, in dem man das zweite Restaurant (Seasons) eröffnete. So konnten wir in Ruhe und ohne Hektik frühstücken.

Wie immer ist der Eingangsbereich im Hilton sehr schön gestaltet. Die Zimmer jedoch Old Fashion sowie auch der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad eine Katastrophe. Wirklich alt und seit langem nicht renoviert der irgendwie etwas aufgehübscht Die Roof Top Bar ist super. Das Personal sehr freundlich und auch die Aussicht der Hammer. ansonsten würde ich in diesem Hotel nicht mehr absteigen. Parkplätze kosten Extra für Hotelgäste im 5* Haus. Im Frühstücksbereich funktionieren die Kaffeeautomaten nicht da sie entweder nicht aufgefüllt sind oder außer Betrieb, genauso mir der Saft Station. Lange Schlangen um einen Kaffee oder Soft Drink zu bekommen. Und das am Wochenende. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me kindly inform you, that your hotel was completely renovated in past years and we are following high design brand standards.I was also disappointed to learn, that your stay was negatively impacted by the extra charge for parking. In regards of parking, it is publicly available on our website and comparable to other hotels in the area.Nevertheless, I truly regret you did not report the experienced shortcomings during your stay. Allow me to mention, that a Duty Manager is available in our hotel 24/7 for providing immediate assistance on the spot. Spotessly clean. The little SPA is great, also (. They have a lovely inner yard, in summer it must be even better ! The staff is helpful and "aux petits soins". The location of the hotel is great, in the old town, you can reach everything by foot. Prague has a great vibe, as must-do activities we recommend a concert (classical music, there are plenty all over the old town, but a great one for us was in the Spanish Synagogue) and black light theatre😊

Für ein 5* Hotel war das Bad recht alt. Das Parkhaus mit 32€/Tag ist mega teuer aber unser Zimmer war super ruhig (Fenster zu Patio), das Frühstück war wunderbar und unsere Aufenthalt über Silvester war mega schön.

Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits im April 22 schon gebucht. Da hatten wir ein modernes Badezimmer mit einer begehbaren Dusche etc. Das war auch der Grund, warum wir uns für unseren Aufenthalt in Dezember 22 nochmals dafür entschieden haben. Leider haben wir wohl diesmal ein älteres Zimmer bekommen, mit einem alten Badezimmer und Fenstern, die nicht wirklich dicht waren. Nachts war es im Zimmer immer etwas kalt, weil ein leichter Zug durch die eigentlich verschlossenen Fenster kam. Sonst war es alles in Einem ganz gut.

Die Unterkunft ist an sich sehr schön. Jedoch dauert der Check In und Check out sehr lange, da zu wenig Personal an der Rezeption arbeitet. Sky Bar muss im Voraus reserviert werden, ansonsten bekommt man keinen Platz. Die Tiefgarage kostet nochmal extra 30€ pro Tag
