Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels traumhaft. Negativ zu erwähnen ist das für den hoteleigenen Strandzugang extra bezahlt werden musste.

Fantastic Hotel with a great location and private beach. Currently struggling with Corona and therefore not really managing the breakfast situation very well compared to other hotels. The restaurant for dinner was disappointing.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel in toller Landschaft
Wir konnten eine Urlaubswoche in herrlichem Ambiente in der wahrscheinlich schönsten Weltgegend genießen. Wunderschönes Zimmer mit eigener Terasse, freundliches Personal, gute Küche. "Aufregend" war nur die Anreise, da das Haus trotz Navi nur schwer zu finden war.

Most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at. Paulo made us feel welcomed and literally took care of any need we had. He knows customer service and made our stay wonderful. Our only gripes were no coffee maker in the room so impossible to get coffee before 7:30 AM and no ironing board in the room. The property is stunning and perfectly located and breakfast and service were incredible!

Thanks for having us for a week, we enjoyed the stay! Pros: The staff was great, especially Paolo who gave us recommendations for visiting the area. The restaurant is excellent, both breakfast and dinner. The hotel itself is located in a good place near a bus station and within walking distance to the centre of Positano. The room was beautiful and spacious with an amazing view all day long! Cons: The parking was a so-so experience. The hotel parking lot is on the top floor on street level and holds around 8 cars in two rows. If a slot is open the parking is a breeze - but if it's full then there's no practical place around to wait with the car while the hotel valet clears space for you, which can be frustrating. The room has a fridge with complementary water bottles, which wasn't refilled every day. Also, on some days we were missing shampoo entirely - only got bath gel bottles. Great experience overall, and Positano is a joy to visit!

Hotel com vista deslumbrante da baía de Positano com praia particular excelente! Cadeiras legais e toalhas .Poderiam melhorar o serviço do bar de praia , pois não servem nenhuma comida ! Ficamos em uma suíte de 2 quartos grandes , 2 banheiros , sendo 1 com jacuzzi. Amenities bons . Tomamos café na grande varanda da suíte .Fomos super bem recebidos pelo Dário e Paulo fez reserva para nós e nos ofereceu um Prosecco para comemorar meu aniversário . Super indico !!!

Hotel Marincanto is absolutely stunning - we loved it! The staff went above and beyond to recommend great day trips and restaurants. The concierge actually made our reservations for us which was a big help. They also helped to arrange a transfer from the train station which was super helpful.

Wow where do I start! I was here for a wedding and stayed a few days. Prior to arrival I had a terrible experience flying in due to cancelled flights and a 40hr delay. Plus the airline lost my luggage. Upon finally getting to Hotel Marincanto, I was greeted with open arms and the most sincere stay after a nightmare. They checked me in, gave me a welcome drink, snack, and upgraded my room. They even took care of locating my lost luggage and was able to get it in 2 days. They also took care of any accommodations and reservations with ease and were the most helpful. Dario really went above and beyond helping me locate my luggage and make sure my stay was perfect! The BEST experience I’ve had abroad thus far. Highly recommend this place. Also, they have a private beach so you do not need to fight for beach reservations and an amazing pool with a wonderful view.

We had a fabulous stay at Marincanto. The staff was extremely helpful in suggesting activities and restaurants for us to try. They booked us dinner reservations and transportation to our next hotel. The hotel has beautiful views away from the bustle of the busier shopping area which we enjoyed. Everything was within walking distance. Our absolute favorite amenity was having beach access from the hotel! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the future.

I booked a suite, the bedroom was the smallest of the 3 rooms, bed only very small window with no view. The sitting area was ok. The bathroom had a huge jacuzzi (which we never used) and the smallest shower with not enough room to bend over. The bathroom window had the best view, we would have wanted to wake up with the same view from our bedroom, very disappointing.

Excelente servicio del gerente Paulo. Las señoritas de la recepción les hace falta tener un poco más empatía pero el gerente es excepcional, nos encantó su servicio y gracias a él pudimos disfrutar de varios lugares que nos reservo. En él área de cocina cuando bajamos all buffet había una señora como de 70 años siempre enojada dándoles órdenes a los meseros y eso se ve mal, volteando a ver de una esquina a todos los huéspedes desayunando y eso incomoda la mirada pero de ahí en fuera muy bonito lugar y ubicación es excelente. Stunning location - fantastic staff & views from terrace. Close to everything in Positano - Our view (room 203) was blocked by the shade sails - request a higher level if you want a clear view from your balcony. Otherwise it was lovely
