All the staff are incredibly helpful, pleasant and went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The "lake" pool is incredible, and is perfectly complimented by their in-house wines which they will bring to you at the pool! Could not recommend the hotel enough! “

Wir wurden freundlichst empfangen, mit einem Erfrischungstuch und Getränken. Supernettes Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der Tipp an der Rezeption, mit dem Zug den Besuch von Regua zu machen, war sehr hilfreich.“

„i have been two nights here and was given room 2209 at the executive floor. room war spacy and as expected. the restaurant at ground floor is decent, but there are more specialized locations in the city of course. the hotel itself is well maintained and lounge/bar/lobby invites to stay. Breakfast was ritch and good. the staff i met was very well skilled and did observe the customers and situation well and unobtrusive. would stay here again.“
