A corner of great beauty and intimacy from which to enjoy the spectacle of the surrounding landscape. Here we are in the heart of the Tuscan island and the house is in a privileged position because at the crossroads of some of its most loved beaches - all the beaches north of Portoferraio (Capo Bianco, Sottobomba and Padulella), Le Prade in Schiopparello and south Lacona, Margidore, Norsi and others. The charm of the place, the scent of the Mediterranean scrub all around, its simplicity and energy make it an intimate place of quiet. The house is located on the stretch of the GTE - Grande Traversata Elbana - between Campo ai Peri and Colle Reciso. Around the house there are a series of paths for walkers and mountain bikers.

Renovated between 2021 and 2022, Villa Elicriso is an independent house of approx. 110 square meters. Free on all four sides, it consists of two independent apartments that can be experienced as a whole by a large family or friends, or lived separately as they are completely independent both inside and outside. In fact, each area has a large part of open green and more relaxation areas under the pergolas which are, especially in the warm season, real spaces to be enjoyed.

GROUND FLOOR: consists of kitchen and living room with sofa bed (1 comfortable seat), a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The exterior offers various pergolas with a table for outdoor dining and a relaxation area with sofas; garden equipped with outdoor shower. Cottage with laundry area and toilet.
FIRST FLOOR: consists of kitchen and living room with sofa bed (1 comfortable seat), a double bedroom with canopy, second bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The exterior features a pergola with a table for outdoor dining and relaxation areas, and a garden.

- come to all our properties smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros (refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; if it is paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm)
