The units, ideal for families or couples looking for privacy, are tastefully furnished and are just a few minutes’ drive from some of the most popular beaches in the area, such as Padulella, Biodola and Sansone. The historic center of Portoferraio, rich in services, shops and restaurants, is only 3 km away. The owners, always friendly and helpful, will make you feel immediately at home, making your stay even more enjoyable.

The Cottage

With an independent entrance, this charming cottage is a small gem immersed in tranquility, ideal for those looking for a well-kept and relaxing environment. The bright and welcoming living room features a fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, while the main bedroom offers an intimate and comfortable space to rest after a day at the beach. The bathroom is equipped with a practical shower enclosure.
Outside, a lovely private garden awaits you, carefully maintained, where you can spend pleasant evenings surrounded by the scent of olive trees and fruit trees. Under the pergola, enjoying an outdoor dinner or a glass of Elba Island wine will be a true delight, while the barbecue creates the perfect atmosphere for unforgettable moments.

Guest Access

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A representative will meet guests on site.
Office hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Important Notes

Bed linen is not included. Guests may bring their own from home or request a rental at a cost of €20 per person, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Collection and return take place at the agency, unless otherwise agreed.
Children up to 2 years: crib not provided. No extra charge if bringing your own crib or if the child sleeps in the parents’ bed.
Included services: all utilities (electricity, water, gas), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private parking space.
