Nice place on Lake Maggiore. Easy steps to the lake. Enough parking for two cars up on the street and wonderful restaraunt a short walk away. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group.

Es hat absolut alles gepasst. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Direkt am Strand mit Hunden und alle Nachbarn waren wahnsinnig nett. Wir können Villa Alba zu 💯 weiterempfehlen.

Exklusiver Urlaub direkt am See
Wir hatten als Familie mit Hund eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in der Villa Alba. Highlight ist die exklusive Lage direkt am See mit Zugang zum Strand, den man auch im Sommer fast für sich alleine genießen kann. Badeschuhe nicht vergessen! Die Aussicht von der Terasse, dem Wohnraum und den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Seeblick ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergänge inklusive. Der nicht einsehbare Garten mit den Palmen wunderschön. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht dort weg, weil alles, was man braucht, da ist, aber es gibt doch einiges zu entdecken am Lago Maggiore!

Toller Spot für Geniesser
Aus den Schlafzimmern genießt man einen freien Blick über den See. Was wir besonders genossen haben, ist, dass die Küche wirklich zum kochen geeignet ist. Hier kann man wirklich als Hobby Koch sich absolut austoben alles was man dafür braucht ist da. Von guten Messern über einen tollen Gasherd bis zum Webergrill und einem Kühlschrank der wirklich so groß ist, dass er alle Einkäufe locker schluckt mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturzonen und Gefrier Schubladen. Die zum Haus dazugehörige Boje ist eine Tiefwasserboje! Stein und Kette sind gut dimensioniert. Bei einem Gewittersturm braucht man da keine Sorge um sein Boot zu haben. Angenehm ist auch, dass man über die betonierte Slipbahn zum Baden ohne Schuhe ins Wasser gehen kann und nicht über spitze Steine laufen muss. Durch die Hanglage gibt es viele Treppen. Wer damit kein Problem hat, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

Traumhafte Lage am See
Das Ferienhaus ist in Hinblick auf die Lage mit direktem Seezugang für einen entspannten Urlaub ideal. Der Parkplatz war für unser Auto gerade so ausreichend. Die Ausfahrt auf die Strasse allerdings jedesmal gefährlich, da die Strasse schnell und stark befahren ist und man rückwärts ausfahren muss. Die Aufteilung des Hauses und der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch. Die Möblierung hatten wir uns im Verhältnis zum Preis etwas neuer gewünscht. Insbesondere die Liegen müssten erneuert werden. Die Schlafzimmermöblierung und Bettwäsche ist ebenfalls schon etwas abgenutzt. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung. Im Treppenhaus fehlte uns die Beleuchtung im oberen Teil.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann problemlos selbst kochen, da alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden sind. Technisch ist das Haus mit Wlan sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten war für unsere beiden Hunde ideal. Alles in Allem haben wir uns im Ferienhaus wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Woche am Logo Maggiore verbracht.

Schönes Haus direkt am See
Traumhaftes Panorama direkt von der Terrasse. Bei dem tollen Wetter wurde der direkte Zugang zum See täglich genutzt. Das Haus inkl. Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Ein Haus mit direktem Strandzugang mit einem tollen kleinen Garten.
Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld, Schlüsselabholung und Abgabe sehr gut. In der Küche alles, was man braucht. Ein wirklich schöner kleiner Garten, in dem man schön entspannen kann. Für schöne Wanderungen vor allem in der angrenzenden Schweiz muss man einige Kilometer zurücklegen, wird dafür aber mit tollen Erlebnissen belohnt.
