„The location is great, on walking distance from the harbour and main restaurant/shopping streets in Funchal. The house and its garden are absolutely wonderful, very calm, providing both sun and shade. The garden is very well-kept and we all enjoyed the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is no parking place on the property but this was not a problem at all. „The house was spotless and a good location to get on highway. It was near the airport and could hear planes landing and taking off but did not hear planes after 11 p m. The owner lives in lower level and was very nice but did not speak much English and I do not speak Portuguese so checking in was a little complicated. I liked the location it was not as busy as Funchal and overlooked the mountains. The island is spectacular and would definitely recommend a stay on this island. “

„Quiet neighborhood that is notably separate from the hustle and bustle of Funchal. There is much greenery below the property before more structures exist which helps keep the surroundings quiet. The glass railings give relief from the winds and the hot tub is nicely positioned. There is covered lounging furniture for when the afternoon showers come which still allows you to sit outside. „Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at this house. It is massive with room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved having room to run around outside and were thrilled with the trampoline and pool table. The pool is not heated, so it was a bit chilly during our stay in early May, but the kids still took a dip. The hot tub was lovely. The view was the best part. Absolutely stunning view of the ocean. „Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, obwohl wir während des schweren Unwetters Anfang Juni 23 dort waren. Sehr fürsorglicher Vermieter. Er hat uns auf das drohende Unwetter bereits vor unserer Ankunft aufmerksam gemacht. Wir wurden sehr sehr freundlich empfangen, der Kühlschank war gefüllt, die Heizung angestellt und der Kamin brannte.“

„La propiedad nos ha gustado mucho es muy grande la propiedad y no tuvimos oportunidad de visitarla toda. La piscina no es climatizada pero a pesar de ello los chicos la disfrutaron los pocos momentos que estuvimos en ella. El clima es diferente entre los poblados de las playas y está casa por lo que debemos estar preparado para los cambios de clima mientras subes a ella. Eso si verás muchas estrellas ya que está en un lugar con poca Contaminación lumínica. Fue un gusto habernos hospedado aca“

„La casa estaba genial, comoda y muy bien ubicada y con entretenimiento para los niños. La unica pega es que entraban al recinto de la casa porque aparecian movidas las cosas en el jardín cuando alquilas una casa esperas que nadie entre salvo que necesites algun tipo de ayuda durante la estancia.“
