Nicht im Zentrum aber dafür an ganz toller Lage auf der anderen Flussseite. Zu Fuss ist das Zentrum sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel an sehr guter Lage mit schöner Aussicht und Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Lediglich das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so gut, da keine grosse Auswahl und nicht regelmässig aufgefüllt. Aber ansonsten würden wir jederzeit gerne dort buchen

Best Hotel in Porto!
Meinen Flug ging um 3 Uhr nachts und bis dahin wollte ich nicht in meinem ersten Hotel bleiben. Dieses Hotel sah super aus, darum wurde sie kurzerhand für ein paar Stunden gebucht. Ich durfte netterweise schon früher einchecken. Das gesamte Team hat mich von checkin bis zur Zimmerführung total überrascht. Mein Zimmer wurde mir erklärt und danach erhielt ich spontan eine private Hotelführung durch ALLE Etagen! WOW! Was für ein Service. Ich wurde von ALLEN Angestellten beim Anblick begrüsst, egal wo ich mich aufhielt. Das Restaurant besuchte ich am Abend und leider hat es geregnet, sodass ich nicht draussen essen konnte. Die Speisekarte war so vielfältig, dass ich mich nicht Entscheiden konnte, daher liess ich mich überraschen. Die Speisen mit Weinbegleitung warten PERFEKT und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch. Als ich nachts auscheckte, wurde mir eine Tasche als Frühstücksersatz übergeben, da ich am Morgen leider das inkludierte Frühstücksangebot nicht nutzen konnte, wegem dem Nachtflug. Alles in allem war ich sehr sehr überrascht über die hohen Bewertungen für das Hotel, muss aber "leider" sagen, dass sie dem gerecht werden. Ich habe viele Hotels besucht, von 1-5 Sterne, aber dieses Hotel und ihre familiäre, herzliche und warme art, verdient wirklich ihre 5 Sterne und alles drum herum. Also ich komme definitiv wieder und habe aussenstehenden Personen schon von diesem Hotel vorgeschwärmt. Danke für alles!

The Lodge provided an amazing stay. The hotel was beautiful, the room was large with 2 tvs, double shower, welcome fruit platter and great bed. The staff were exceptional!! This was one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, the showers are fantastic and the beds are superb! The breakfast buffet rivals most hotels and the staff love being there. And, the location is close to numerous restaurants, port houses, and wineries, with a short walk across the bridge to the old city center.

This is a beautifully designed hotel in a great location on the other side of the river to Porto. The most comfortable beds, a heated swimming pool and lovely restaurant and bar. The food was amazing and the staff are friendly and courteous and can’t do enough to help. It’s an absolute gem and I can’t wait to come back to stay here.

Unique, clean, modern, well designed and cozy! Stunning hotel located by the Douro river. The view from our room was beautiful, the breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back during the summer.

This property was a vibe! The architectural details were lovely; carpeted floors that looked like concrete, cork wall accents, and bold finishes that spell out luxury. Beds were very comfortable and room amenities like nespresso and L’occitane toiletries were heaven!

The finish and decor of the hotel is exceptional. The staff are very helpful and professional and the breakfast selection was great. It is a pleasant 20 min walk over the bridge to Ribeira in Porto.
