- Although the ocean is directly in front of the apartment, there is no direct beach access. The pedestrian route to Pedras da Maré Beach takes around 12 minutes and crosses the railway line via the designated access.
- A road and railway line run between the building and the coast. Some occasional traffic or train noise may therefore be heard, particularly with the windows open.
- The green area and children's playground visible in front of the apartment are public/shared outdoor spaces and are not part of the property.
- Free parking is available nearby, but there is no reserved parking space and availability may vary.

São Félix da Marinha is a very quiet area in the outskirts of Porto. It includes the beautiful beaches between Espinho and the Douro river, including Granja beach - the most ancient and charismatic one. This beach has a train station, for between the railways and the beach, you will find several quarters with beautiful examples of summer architecture of the beginning of the 20th century.

A car is the most convenient option for exploring different beaches, Espinho, Gaia and the surrounding region with greater flexibility.

Free street parking is available nearby, subject to availability.

The coastal area also has railway connections providing access to Porto and other destinations along the coast.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
