Einzigartige Kombination aus familiärer Atmosphäre und stylischem Ambiente. Sehr gutes Frühstück bis Nachmittags verfügbar, dabei wird alles von Hand und absolut frisch zubereitet. Toller Garten! Die Zimmer zur Straße sind bei offenem Fenster etwas lauter, aber günstiger als die Zimmer mit Balkon zum Garten. Kleiner Shop mit vielen Produkten aus eigener Herstellung. Eine Oase zum Entspannen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Rosa Et Al Townhouse ist eine ausgezeichnete Adresse für einen Stadtaufenthalt in Porto. Die Architektur, Ausstattung sowie der kleine Garten im Hinterhof werden von einem excellenten Service mit einer tollen Geschäftsführerin abgerundet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr stylish, dadurch einiges etwas unpraktisch.
Bis ins Detail mit viel Liebe durchgestyled, insbesondere für Gäste die 50er Jahre lieben. Nur 6 individuell gestaltete Zimmer. Schöner Garten. Sehr netter und hilfreicher Service. Dinge die uns gestört haben : - Wenig Licht im Zimmer zum Lesen. - Nur eine sehr dunkle Deckenlampe im Bad. Man sieht sich kaum im Spiegel. - Freistehende, nostalgische Blech-Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, - sehr unbequem zum Ein- und Aussteigen. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit an der Badewanne für Seife und Shampoo (muss man vor die Wanne auf den Boden legen). - Zimmer zur Straße am Wochenende Nachts etwas laut. Wir hatten grölende Jugendliche.

This is a charming hotel above a gourmet food and wine store. The rooms are extra large and well designed. Hot water and room thermostats worked perfectly The staff is amazing; very friendly and accommodating. They know you by name and greet you when you come in and say goodbye when you leave. The breakfasts are delicious, and you can prepay for breakfast or pay when you come. The location is close enough to the historic center about a 15 minute walk and fast enough away to be very quiet. I highly recommend.

This is not a 5* property. It has no amenities except breakfast. The lighting in the room is abysmal. You cannot read or put on makeup. My reservation included breakfast, but the hotel charged me anyway and would not refund the charge. I ended up having to dispute it through my credit card company. The breakfast was good, and the staff made some nice dinner recommendations.

Relaxing 5 night stay
Simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at - beautiful bedroom with lots of character, tasteful decor that complements the townhouse's original features, the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever slept on, vert clean, the food was excellent and healthy (we decided to eat breakfast there everyday it was so good and so much to choose from - they also do afternoon tea and sunday roasts), perfect location on the outskirts of the city centre so quieter on the surrounding streets but a 10 minute walk from the town centre with bustling bars and restaurants, and the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. If I ever visit Porto again I'll certainly come back here!

This is a really special spot; the entrepreneurs have a neat concept to run a bed and breakfast above a super high quality cafe. We absolutely loved coming downstairs for breakfast in the morning before the cafe opened to the general public . The old townhouse and our hotel room were aesthetically stunning, but unfortunately lost a few points on functionality. The bathroom didn’t have any counter-height surfaces on which to place toiletries or hand soap, the shower/bathtub didn’t have a shelf either so you had to reach all the way to the floor outside of the free-standing tub to grab shampoo/soap, the shower faucet control was broken, there was a giant gap between the floor and the door to enter the room so it sounded like diners downstairs were with us inside of our room, and finally, the bathroom had no ceiling on it, so the light, noise, and sound traveled freely between bed and bath areas. All of these issues could be fixed, so we would still recommend friends to stay here. The staff were so so friendly, and the food is off the charts.

Este hotel no es cinco estrellas. No tiene ascensor para los pisos superiores y tiene una sola habitación en el primer piso. En esta única habitación que es más cara no tuvimos agua caliente. La que llega apenas es tibia. El desayuno nada especial y muy caro. El estacionamiento a una cuadra y de pago. No lo recome.

Let's make some clarification for future guests: - we do not have lift - it's a century townhouse made to keep the treasure of age - the garden room has hot water in the showers, in both outside garden shower and inside bathroom shower - breakfast and brunch made from sourdhough and our own yogurts and jams it's special and one of the most treasured features of the house - parking it's in the same street, same side of the street and 20mts away Your review looks very biased, and we are sorry we didn't meet your expectations but i do believe that you were looking for a different product and situation

The staff were incredibly helpful. I cannot praise them highly enough. The breakfast/brunch was truly a thing of wonder! There is an extremely pleasant garden area at the back. The room was spacious. In all, ut was a delight and a wonderful base from which to explore the city.

It's a nicely renovated place with the charm of an older Porto house in a lively area, and easy access on foot to main attractions. The porridge was excellent. Staff pleasant and helpful, but no-one on site in the evening and at night. So when the heating doesn't work,the room is cold and you shiver all night. No refund for the loss of sleep, just a waiver of the cost of breakfast. That was something I suppose. N.B. if you don't opt for breakfast included at the time of booking, you pay per item. Including 50centimes for a couple of spoonfuls of honey! Oh and we were also greeted by moths in the room and had trouble opening the wardrobes...

Taking in account all the team was in close contact with you and sorting all issues, inclusive offering a changing of room for you best confort that you didn't accept. When a guest is looking for budget rooms or discounts per every details he is not satisfyed we are indeed a "bad experience". We offer the best service and the best experience possible, we are not pressured by threats on reviews or budget discounts wise as you did in the check out and after. My team did their best from 8 am to 8pm and then afterwards online and did even went to the hotel at 11pm. The wardrobes are just touch and open, so we do not understand the issues of opening these doors. We did not wave you breakfast, we offer a change of rooms and upgrade for free based on your requests that you did not accept. Be in mind that looking for "offers" based on "threats" is not something that we are used in our regular customers. And taking in account that you are a Journalist it's important that your access and knowledge of this behaviour is not at all professional and personally acceptable.

la chambre était magnifique , une petite maison au fond du jardin. par contre sur un séjour de 3 jours : la serrure butait à chaque fois , compliqué d'ouvrir et fermé la chambre, le sol devenait glissant a cause de la buée après chaque douche( problème d'humidité et d'aération) les meubles sont mal agencé , on doit les déplacer pour ouvrir n'importe quelle armoire... Le resto est certes très joli mais beaucoup trop gras. nos plats étaient un bain d'huile. Concernant le personnel heureusement que nous étions autonomes car service très long, on a demandé le check out a une fille qui nous a dit qu'elle était occupée. La chambre avait une cheminée qui n'était pas en état de marche. Bel hotel mais seulement pour dormir pas vraiment l'endroit ou vous restez la journée à buller

Its a LOFT Suite. All rooms have a seperate toilet bathroom. This one is a LOFT for 1 pax or 2, its the most special and photographed room in the house, and also the most affordable. Next time choose a room accordingle to your preferences. The photos are quite clear for each type of room and also the descriptions.

Super nice! We loved it!
Forget to send a review! This is the one of the best hotels I have been! Staff is super friendly and the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super nice. Me and my girlfriend went there for her birthday and they made it perfect. I asked cava bottle to room and it was there and also they hotel staff did but a cake there. So I have to say thank you guys your are the best! I will recommend this hotel to every one! Location is good and Porto is lovely! Thank you !
