Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely 95-metre-squared apartment is close to various top attractions in Porto, such as Torre dos Clérigos, Clerigos Church and Tower, and Porto Cathedral. The subway station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.

The apartment is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room is fully equipped with a medium-sized sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table big enough to accommodate four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook a homecooked meal, including a stove, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage.

There are 2 bedrooms featuring a double bed and two twin beds complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The room has bedside tables, a large mirror, and large wardrobes for your use.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need, such as a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. Towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

There's also a private balcony equipped with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning views. It will be a great place to relax after a long day out and about. You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center.

The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
