This lovely 38m² house is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The living room is perfect for relaxing, featuring a cosy sofa and a TV for your favourite shows. Natural sunlight fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other useful utensils and a dining table. You can also step out to the backyard to enjoy some fresh air.

The two bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and a wardrobe, and all beds come with high-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to freshen up.

The house is professionally cleaned before each stay to guarantee a comfortable and welcoming environment.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest train station, Casa da Música, is just a 6-minute walk.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide it at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
