This 2-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is located on the first floor and has lift access.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a stove and an oven. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms boast a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and a wardrobe with hangers for all your storage needs. One of the bedrooms even has an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

The property's highlight is the terrace, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. It also offers a table and chairs, providing the ideal setting for alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled in Porto, Poveiros is a vibrant neighborhood with iconic attractions and bustling life. Stroll along the cobblestone streets and marvel at the city's beauty and history, with landmarks like the renowned Luís I Bridge, the majestic Livraria Lello bookstore, the picturesque Jardins Palácio de Cristal, the magnificent Porto Cathedral, the charming Clérigos Tower and the iconic Ageas Porto Coliseum. Transport links are close too, with the Bolhão and 24 de Agosto stations only a 5-6 minute walk away. Don't forget to take in the breathtaking Chapel of Souls, a must-see attraction on this street.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
