This delightful 56 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this lovely city. It is located on the 4th floor via stairs since the elevator is out of order.

It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The open kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery for making delicious meals.

The bedroom is modernly decorated and it includes a queen bed fitted and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. A washing machine is available for laundry needs.

There is a beautiful balcony where guests can relax while enjoying the fresh air outside.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Vitória, one of Porto's most historic neighbourhoods, is a must-visit for travellers seeking culture and charm. Located in the city centre, it boasts picturesque streets, centuries-old architecture, and vibrant energy. Key attractions include the iconic Clérigos Tower, offering panoramic views of Porto, and the Livraria Lello, often cited as one of the world’s most beautiful bookstores. The district’s quaint squares and narrow lanes are dotted with cafes, perfect for enjoying a coffee while soaking in the ambience.

Vitória is also home to a thriving arts and nightlife scene, with galleries, trendy bars, and live music venues creating a lively atmosphere. Close to the famous Ribeira area and other landmarks like the São Bento Station, it’s a convenient base for exploring Porto’s highlights. Whether you're drawn by its history, culture, or dynamic vibe, Vitória offers a quintessential Porto experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, São Bento, is just a 500-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
