In addition to crockery and basic utensils, it features a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a spacious fridge, among other appliances to make your daily life easier. It also has an elegant wooden dining table to bring the whole family together.

Access to the balcony is conveniently through wide sliding glass doors from the living area, allowing natural light to flood the entire interior. This balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers a wonderful view of the sea on the horizon — the idyllic setting for breakfast or a relaxing drink at sunset.

The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated in serene tones with tasteful details. Both are equipped with comfortable double beds to ensure peaceful nights' sleep and spacious built-in wardrobes to comfortably store your belongings, also benefiting from excellent natural light.

The two bathrooms (with modern shower cubicles) have all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Located in the stunning coastal area of Vila Nova de Gaia, this accommodation offers you an exceptional retreat exactly where the Douro River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The energy of this neighbourhood is defined by the sea breeze, tranquillity and an undeniable quality of life. Just a few minutes away, you will have kilometres of seafront walkways and cycle paths (on the famous beaches of Canidelo and Cabedelo) — the idyllic setting for invigorating morning walks or to admire the most beautiful sunsets in the region. The neighbourhood is also characterised by its proximity to the picturesque fishing village of Afurada, where the aroma of fresh charcoal-grilled fish and the genuine northern hospitality will make you feel right at home.

The great magic of this coastal location is providing you with seaside peace without giving up the fantastic proximity to the vibrant centre of Porto. Through a short and scenic car or rideshare journey (crossing the Arrábida Bridge), you will reach the beating heart of the 'Invicta City' in a matter of minutes, ready to stroll down Aliados or explore the historic streets of the Baixa. Without even leaving Gaia, a quick trip along the riverside will take you to the imposing WOW (World of Wine), the centuries-old Port Wine Cellars and the Cais de Gaia, where the view over Porto's Ribeira is simply breathtaking.

The area is served by public transport, with some bus lines connecting to the centre of Gaia and Porto. We recommend using a car or Uber/Bolt for more comfortable travel within the area.

By car, Porto city centre is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 30 to 35 minutes away by car.

You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
