Bright and tastefully furnished, this lovely 30m2 studio is close to many of Porto’s top attractions!

Fitted with a comfy double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The small kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. Please take note that olive oil, salt, and pepper are not available on the premises.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Baixa / Sé, commonly known as Downtown Porto or simply as “Baixa”, is the neighborhood just above Ribeira.

It basically consists of two hills: one around the cathedral of Porto, where the city was founded, and one where the famous Lello bookstore and the Clérigos tower are located. To move from one hill to the other you have to cross the most important avenue in Porto, Avenida dos Aliados.

In Downtown Porto, you can find loads of restaurants and ice cream shops. It is a great neighborhood in Porto to do some shopping at the traditional grocery shops, where you can find the best Portuguese food products.

This area is also where you can find the most important monuments of Porto, such as the Clérigos Tower and Lello bookstore, just to name a few.

Moreover, the São Bento train station is right there, which might be useful if you are planning to do someday trips from Porto.

My home is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest train station, Infante, is just 3-mins away on foot.
Several buses service the area.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-min drive from the studio.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
Please keep in mind that although it is a very cosy and confortable place to stay the property is located in a noisy area.
