The studio is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and functionality in one inviting space. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances, including an oven, microwave, cooking plate, and coffee machine. A dining table for two completes the area, perfect for shared meals or remote work. Adjacent to it, the living space includes a cosy sofa and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day out.

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed and large built-in wardrobes, providing plenty of storage to organise your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Rua Fernandes Tomás is one of Porto’s central arteries, filled with the energy and rhythm of local life. Walking down the avenue, you’ll find an eclectic mix of bakeries, boutiques, and historic façades, all contributing to the area's charm and authenticity.

The location is ideal for those who want to explore Porto on foot. Within minutes, you can reach Rua de Santa Catarina for shopping, or wander towards Avenida dos Aliados and the iconic São Bento Station. Whether you're here for a weekend escape or a longer stay, Rua Fernandes Tomás places you at the heart of the city’s vibrant culture and daily life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Bolhão, is just a 4-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
