This lovely 70 m² space offers a cozy and welcoming environment for your stay in the city. Located on the 3rd floor, it is easily accessible via an elevator.

The apartment features an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room has a charming seating area where you can unwind and watch TV after a day of exploring.

The open kitchen is perfect for socializing and enjoying meals together, equipped with all the essential utensils and cutlery for preparing tasty dishes.

Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated, each with a comfortable queen-size bed and ample storage space.

The bathroom includes everything you need to refresh, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided.

A thorough cleaning will be done before your arrival.

Please note that the flat is located on a busy street with an Irish pub on the ground floor, so you may hear some lively noise during the day and late at night, including occasional daytime construction sounds.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

São Bento train station (650m), 7min by foot;

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (17.7km), 21min by car;

Uber is available for download and use in Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
