The open-plan kitchen is both stylish and practical, featuring modern appliances including an oven and stovetop, generous storage, and an elegant marble backsplash. Fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and utensils, it has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal at home.

The tranquil bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, complemented by soft patterned wallpaper and a large mirror that beautifully reflects the natural light. Thoughtful details create a serene atmosphere, perfect for restful nights.

The ensuite bathroom features a refreshing shower and fresh towels, providing everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, located on the 1st floor. Please note, there is no elevator available.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and very well-located apartment in the heart of Porto, situated in one of the city’s most central and vibrant areas. Guests can explore much of the historic city center on foot, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, traditional shops, and the lively atmosphere Porto is known for.

Just a few minutes away are some of the city’s main attractions, including Bolhão Market, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, and the famous Livraria Lello. The Ribeira district and Douro River are also within walking distance.

The location is ideal for guests who want to experience Porto at its best, with the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transport right on the doorstep.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Trindade (Metro do Porto – Lines A, B, C, E and F), is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property, providing easy connections to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

Porto São Bento Train Station is approximately a 10–12 minute walk away, offering urban, regional and long-distance connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
