The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. It is ideal for couples, business travelers or small families looking for a pleasant stay in the center of the city.

The living room has a large sofa bed, air conditioning and plenty of natural light.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Porto is the second largest city - and considered the capital of northern Portugal. The historic center of Porto is endowed with a remarkable set of monuments and a unique architecture that extends along the banks of the Douro River.
Named in 1996 as Cultural Heritage by UNESCO, it is the main production center of the remarkable Port wine - where you can go to wineries in Vila Nova de Gaia to see the wine maturation process and even taste it!

If traveling by plane from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, there are a few options for moving to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The cheapest by far is the metro with a journey of between 25 and 30 minutes. The nearest metro station (Trindade) is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

￫ Car
If you have a rental car, please note that there is no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to reach the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including first day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replacements are not included.

￫ Bed and bath linen is provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge upon check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 (after 22:00 a fee of 25€ is applied). Only one set of keys is provided.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ Crib and Baby Chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional charge.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
