The house is located in the Eco Patacho Residence Condominium, on Praia do Patacho. The beach is an environmental protection area of great beauty, with white sand and crystal clear blue sea. It is ideal for children, walking and offers great security.
Blue Flag Seal: Praia do Patacho, located in Porto de Pedras, on the North Coast of Alagoas, on the Ecological Route of Miracles, received the Blue Flag seal for the second consecutive year. This international seal guarantees that the beach offers sustainable tourism, safety and promotes social responsibility.
Equipment and Amenities: The house has easy access and is fully equipped to guarantee a sensational stay. Outdoor gourmet area with a beautiful swimming pool with deck, lawn and hammock. Fully equipped kitchen.
Suites: The house has 4 suites:2 suites with King Size bed. 2 suites with Queen Size bed. Master suite with bathtub and outdoor shower. Air conditioning in all suites.

You have exclusive (non-shared) access throughout the house. The beach is located in front of the condominium, 200 meters from the house, and access to it is via the exclusive beach club, which has rotating parking for guests.

To obtain authorization to enter the condominium, it is necessary to send the full names and official document numbers of all guests at least 24 hours in advance.

**Electricity will be charged additionally at the end of the reservation. It will be calculated based on the difference in the photographic record of the meter, provided at check-in and check-out. The value will be R$ 1.10 /KW/h consumed during the stay.**

The color of the water in the region may vary depending on the time of year, tide levels, and proximity to rivers. Between November and March, especially during low tide, the sea is usually even more crystalline and transparent. This is a natural feature of the Rota dos Milagres, making each visit unique.

The nearest airports are the Zumbi dos Palmares International Airport (Maceió Airport), situated in Maceió, approximately 125 km away, and the Recife/Guararapes - Gilberto Freyre International Airport, located in Recife, about 200 km away.
