Villa Ilaria is a 10-bed vacation home available for rent in the Torre Lapillo area, within the Chiusurelle Village.
It is equipped with all the main amenities, including air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, electric oven, and window screens.
The garden is equipped with an outdoor shower and a built-in barbecue .
The villa is just 2 km from the sea and the beaches of Torre Castiglione; it is simple and cozy, and comes with an assigned parking space.

The villa is set in a charming garden with well-tended green flower beds and a beautiful shaded veranda with a wooden canopy, furnished for outdoor dining.
The interior is spread over three levels.
On the ground floor, the entrance opens into a spacious, well-equipped, and air-conditioned kitchen. Adjacent to it is the living room with a sofa and a fold-out double bed. The shower room is located on this floor.
On the upper floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase, in addition to the beautiful furnished veranda, there is one double bedroom with an en suite shower room.
The basement, also accessible via an outdoor staircase, consists of two bedrooms: one double and one quadruple, furnished with two bunk beds. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The village of Chiusurelle is a residential complex of townhouses located in the Torre Lapillo area, on the coast of Porto Cesareo, less than 2 km from the beach at Torre Castiglione.
The area is famous for its beautiful beaches with crystal-clear waters and tall dunes covered in Mediterranean scrub.
The village is about 4 km from Torre Lapillo and 10 km from Porto Cesareo, while Torre Colimena is 8 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.
- The bathroom on the ground floor has no bidet.
