A modern and welcoming apartment, tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Located on the first floor (up one flight of stairs from the raised ground floor), it is spread over two levels. It features a bright living room with dining area and sofa bed, and a new, fully equipped kitchen. Functional spaces, bright rooms, and air conditioning ensure maximum comfort. The first level includes a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom (without shower) with a washing machine. The second mezzanine level is accessed via a staircase and consists of a double bedroom and a single bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet.

Important notes:
- Minimum age 25: If you're a group of young people, the house only welcomes guests aged 23 and up. Growing older has its advantages.
- Rentals are limited to a maximum of 6 people.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €250.00; it will be refunded within a few days of the end of your stay. We recommend paying in cash, which is due on the day if you depart after 3:00 PM (time to clean), or by bank transfer.
- Bed linen and towels: Double set €40 (also for single use), single set €20. Please request before arrival.
- Check-in at our offices is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.

Key collection information:
Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service team for any questions. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio.
