It was in a great location. It was close to restaurants and some of the scenic sites in Porto. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and each time we left and entered the hotel. The accommodations were very nice, although the shower is in the bedroom, which may not be for everyone. The included breakfast had a variety of choices and the restaurant was amazing.

A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. Overall a great property, centrally located with access to everything in a walkable distance. Beautiful city.

what a beautiful property< excellent location and the amenities including the SPA/ sauna/pool were a great respite after long walking days! I would like to mention that Ms. Anna Fiqueli really went out of her way from check-in, to providing excellent daily tourist guides as well as amazing restaurant recommendation's! She was so friendly, knowledgable, kind, patient and resourceful! Truly made our stay in Porto the best experience ever!

Very noisy and staff did not seem to be well organized. Had to go back down to ask where our cases were and every morning we had finished breakfast before our pot if tea showed up. For the price it was definitely not worth it and would not recommend

Great hotel! Breakfast buffet was delicious plus you can order from menu without extra cost. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were great. Yes, the shower does not have a solid wall so it is a bit odd to take a shower with clear glass facing the entire room. The rooms the kids stayed in had privacy for the bathroom. Great location- downy the street from Livraria lello as well as an easy walk to the Mercado Bolhao, santa catrina, and cathedral.

The Hotel is new, modern and beautiful! the staff is great, very attentive and eager to help the rooms are big, very nicely decorated with oversized beds. super clean and modern. the bathroom concept was a little too modern for us, the shower is enclosed on all sides with clear glass which gives no privacy. the same with the toilet door. whoever is using the shower can be seen from all corners of the room. that was not comfortable for any of the people in our party so they moved us to rooms that did not have that concept. these new rooms were also super nice and spacious. we loved them. the location of the hotel was perfect, breakfast was nice too. Great Hotel!! great Staff!!

Amazing staff, good food, clean comfortable rooms. The staff new it was my girlfriends birthday without me mentioning it. They greeted us with Happy Birthday and left us a cake and bottle fo champagne. Amazing!

Muito bom hotel; no geral, recomendo bastante
Equipe das mais amáveis e prestativas. A festa de réveillon, sobretudo, foi memorável, de altíssima qualidade. A decoração do hotel é chique e kitsch; divertida e elegante- adorei! O café da manhã é excelente- ótimos pães, embutidos, frutas, doces, ovos e panquecas; o suco de laranja é da fruta. Não me apaixonei pela proposta de oferecer barras minúsculas de shampoo, sabonete e hidratante(!) sob o argumento de proteção ao meio ambiente- acabam muito rápido e é bem difícil usar hidratante sólido. A máquina de café no quarto é muito conveniente. O quarto é bom, mas confesso que para meu gosto, preferiria que a porta do vaso sanitário fosse de de madeira, e não de vidro. Adorei a localização do hotel- perto da Avenida dos Aliados e do burburinho, mas não tanto a ponto do barulho dos músicos de rua e festas ao ar livre incomodarem. No último dia, após 6 noites, o banheiro alagou com o chuveiro- não sei se é comum, mas fica inclusive a reclamação para que não ocorra com mais ninguém.

This modern hotel is beautiful, clean and centrally located. The staff was superb and accommodating. Attention to detail was excellent and breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely return when in Porto.

Beautiful Property, Exceptional Staff
The property itself was gorgeous-highlights include a spectacular pool/sauna/steam room, a chic lobby and little luxuries in rooms, such as layered lighting (and the best little reading lamps), soft linens and drapes that open and close with a remote. What really stands out is the staff-they were welcoming (helped with our luggage, prepared welcome drinks, made wonderful recommendations) and went the extra mile every time there was an opportunity to (walked us to our room, added bottles of water to our car when we pulled up). The breakfast was wonderful, too! The options available were wide ranging and there was an additional menu to order from. The cherry on top was location-very walkable to anything you’d like to see. Not sure if and when I’ll be back in Porto, but I’d happily stay again!
