Located in North Portland, Hook, Wine & Linger is perfect for fishing weekends, family holidays or corporate stays. The property accommodates up to 6 people over 3 bedrooms with queen beds in all bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the lounge that can be made up on request.



A newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooking and dining table for self-sufficient catering plus a webber bbq outside for your use. An additional freezer will keep the daily catch cold. A separate lounge area offers a flat screen TV,  DVD player and heating.



1 bathroom and full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer completes this property as a home away from home.



*Seasonal rates apply. Advertised nightly rate is for 4 guests. All bookings have a one off $40 booking fee applied by PSHS. Additional third party booking fees may apply depending on the website you are booking through. If you are paying by credit card, a 2% transaction fee will be charged on the total booking amount.

FAQs:



What do I need to do to confirm my booking?



We require a copy of driver's licenses of all adult guests and booking deposit. Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed.



Do I need to pay a bond? Yes, a security deposit (bond) will be required on booking of $500. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. Management reserves the right to increase the bond to $1000 in some instances.



What happens if the property owner cancels my booking?



Cancellations can occur by owners of properties, and we understand that this can be unsettling, please just be aware properties are individually owned and they may be cancelled due to repairs, modifications or protect the wellbeing of the community.



If the booking is cancelled by us, you would be eligible for a full refund minus the booking fee.
