Welcome to our beautiful piece of paradise! Located on picturesque Porters Lake - the most popular recreational/swimming lake in Nova Scotia. Come enjoy a fun family vacation and enjoy our famous East Coast hospitality. Only 8 minutes from world class surfing at Lawrencetown beach! We’re close to many ocean beaches, scenic waking/hiking trails and cozy cafes. Come relax on our sandy lakeside beach, take a tour on a kayak or paddleboard or enjoy a cold glass of local wine or beer next at the firepit.

This beautiful cozy 2 bedroom apartment is steps away from our sandy beach, cedar playground, trampoline, fire pit, dock, hammock and 175ft of lake waterfront. We have several yard games like ladder toss, ring toss, and giant Jenga. Most of past guests have spent many days of their vacation on site enjoying all that our spacious property has to offer. We’re located only 15 minutes from Dartmouth, 30 minutes from Halifax waterfront, 40 minutes to Peggy’s Cove and 35 minutes from Halifax International Airport!

The modern and bright kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), coffee maker, convection toaster oven, electric kettle and tons of cookware to make a gourmet meal. Condiments, oil, spices, tea, and coffee are all provided.

The open concept living room/kitchen has a large window with a beautiful lakeview. There's a 40” Smart TV with Netflix and cable. The stackable washer and dryer are located conveniently located in the utility room just off the dining area stocked with laundry detergent and extra cleaning supplies. The laundry/utility room is shared with the adjacent apartment/Airbnb.

The bathroom has a full size bathtub/shower and it’s stocked with fresh towels, facecloths, hand towels, body wash, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner.

The spacious primary bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet and a small desk. The second bedroom has a double over single bunk bed, a beautiful lake view and an armoire for stowing away clothing and personal items.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio or in the hanging egg chairs overlooking the lake. The patio area and BBQ are shared with the adjacent Airbnb. (propane is provided). The outdoor amenities are shared with my family (we live on the upper level of the 3 unit property) and the other Airbnb guests.
