„Great place, great location and plenty to do!!“

„I stay on the river every year with a group to do a paddle board trip. The location was perfect, was a short paddle from the main river and walking distance from the restaurant and Roger’s park. The house looks like it was recently renovated, it’s super cute and there was plenty of room for our large group. We loved sitting out on the dock and also loved there was a separate porch/room with a tv, the girls pretty much took over the house so the guys sat out there and watched tv. No major issues, ...

„The house was very clean and nice. There was a nice view of the water and kayaks for us to use, as well as the hot tub. The owner is very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly. We had an issue with lights and someone was right over to fix them. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!“

„The house was perfect for our family of 8. Age ranges 55-5 years. It was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The out door living areas were perfect for the little ones to play in the water and fish. Due to the property being located at the end of the canal there was not a lot of boat/kayak traffics to worry about with the kids swimming. „We had an amazing two weeks stay, the weather was lovely and the house was perfect for what we needed .Nothing was too much trouble for our host.we had a minor problem with the pool and was sorted immediately.We saw so much wildlife from the dock and fished most days.Renting the boat was an added extra but thoroughly worth the money. „Overall we had a great time, easy check-in and out. We had a few issues which we contacted Matt and Abby about, they replied quickly and helped where needed. The inside is much larger then it looks outside and the neighborhood was quite with a park right down the road. No one informed Matt and Abby the screen around the pool had broken so we did get attacked by the no see um's (nats) around the pool which limited the amount of time we could stay out there after 6. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star. „The house was amazing good for six but we was only two. The area is quite with some bars and restaurants around. We leaving very relaxed and unfortunately we have to haeding back to cold Germany soon. Many thanks to the owner Rick which was immediately helping us. One may the owner has think about to present a Gasgrill instead of the charcoal Grill. But this is a only minor think we use the charcoal grill and was satisfied. Any time again with Rick.
