This two bedroom unit is located on the second floor of the popular Sundial complex. Located only 500m to the CBD. Enjoy the garden views from the north facing balcony which opens off the living and master bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom has a two single beds.

Other features include an air conditioner and ceiling fan in the lounge room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The complex is a security complex and includes a lift, and swimming pool to relax in at the end of the day exploring.
This unit has wifi included.

There is also a single lock up garage.

Bedding: Queen in the main bedroom, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom. Linen is provided in this unit.

Good location with plenty of room

We had a lovely stay with plenty of room we could walk to everything pool was lovely and beds were comfortable only downfall was no BBQ but had a nice big kitchen

A convenient location and close to town centre. The unit was clean and tidy and suited our needs. Kitchen could do with an update and perhaps a couple of prints on the walls for a seaside feel. Beds were comfy maybe a lamp in 2nd bedroom. The pool was nice to cool off in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed in the property. Upon coming into the unit it was very dirty, false finger nails under a bed, very uncleaned kitchen, you could hardly see out of the windows as they were so dirty, ALL taps were dripping, kitchen tap was all but falling off. We emailed several times regarding the tap & the absolutely filthy air conditioner, that was actually making us sick, lack of a broom/dustpan & broom, please do something about the air conditioner but mostly they were ignored. We are terribly disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance by the property management.
