The main bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

Step outside to the rear undercover entertaining deck where you can enjoy outdoor dining and make use of the BBQ while overlooking the inviting in ground Salt Water pool – the perfect place to spend warm afternoons with family and friends.

Downstairs provides an additional large living room, giving guests plenty of space to spread out and relax. This level also includes a separate toilet, one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a single bed. These bedrooms are connected by a shared bathroom featuring a shower and toilet, making it an ideal setup for extended family or additional guests. A front verandah offers another quiet place to sit and unwind.

The home also includes a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. There is driveway parking available for two vehicles; however, the garage is not accessible to guests.

Linen is provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towel and settle in for a relaxing holiday at this spacious family retreat.

Lighthouse Beach is patrolled in warmer months. Surf Club has a bar and bistro open Friday and Sunday afternoon/ evening. Surfside Cafe is open daily for breakfast, lunch and coffee. Excellent surfing at Club Rock & Watonga Rock. Enjoy a stroll along the beach or if feeling energetic climb the stairs to the lighthouse. Coastal walk continues all the way to town with several vantage points along the way.

Neighbourhood shops are a short walk away boasting 2 restaurants, 2 cafes, takeaway, post office, convenience store, hairdresser and bottle shop.
