From here, you can stroll into town for coffee along The Strand, Crisp is the pizza restaurant with a difference. Browsing local shops, retro antiques, clothes, bric a brac all on The Strand. Maybe pop into the Hotel Elliot catch the Steam Ranger train nearby or head down to the beach. The Port Elliot Bakery (on North Terrace – Main Road) is famous for its baked goods, including the donut of the month.

Beautiful Horseshoe Bay is only a short 10-minute walk or quick drive away, perfect for swimming, beach walks and soaking up those sweeping South Coast views. You will find the Flying Fish on Horseshoe Bay – restaurant and take-away kiosk as well as the Pt Elliot Lifesaving Club offering coffee and meals with wonderful views of the coast.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area creates a warm, social space for gathering. With a leather lounge, dining table and generous layout, it’s perfect for family meals, board games or relaxed afternoons.

oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, assorted tea bags, instant coffee and UHT milk starters.

The bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and toilet, plus a second separate toilet with a vanity, ideal for families or groups.

A top-loader washing machine is available in the laundry – detergent provided, drying rack and outside line for laundry, helpful for longer stays.

Upstairs, a second living area opens onto a balcony overlooking the township. With outdoor seating and elevated views, it’s a beautiful spot for a quiet morning coffee or a sunset drink.
