„The main thing that bothered me was that they could not find the key to my room and gave me their own back up key. I felt worried that some random person (not related to the motel) could have the key and therefore could come in my room. I felt unsafe. Other things that made this a bad experience were: the bathroom smelled very bad., the floor was dirty and the motel was right next to a street so it was pretty loud. “
