Outside, the private patio extends the living space with outdoor dining and a peaceful setting for morning coffee or evening drinks. Upstairs, the balcony off the primary bedroom overlooks the shared pool and lush greenery, offering a quiet place to take in the resort-style atmosphere. Beyond the townhouse, the shared swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ facilities, and landscaped grounds provide even more ways to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of Port Douglas.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, calming botanical styling, and direct access to the balcony overlooking the shared pool and surrounding gardens. Also on this level, the second bedroom includes two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. The bathroom pairs a walk-in shower with integrated laundry facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and ironing amenities, while a ground-floor powder room adds everyday convenience.



Additional comforts include Wi-Fi throughout, split-system heating and cooling in the living area and both bedrooms, ceiling fans for added comfort, and a covered carport for off-street parking.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourselves, along with full access to the shared pool and tennis court. Please make yourselves at home!

Positioned in a sought-after pocket of Port Douglas, this townhouse places you just an eight-minute walk from Four Mile Beach, where long stretches of golden sand set the scene for morning walks, ocean swims, and sunset strolls along the shoreline. Local favourites, including The Beach Shack and San-ti Restaurant & Bar, are within a five-minute walk, making it easy to enjoy beachfront drinks, fresh seafood, and laid-back evenings close to home. For more dining, boutique shopping, wine bars, and lively evenings out, Macrossan Street is just a six-minute drive away.



Wildlife Habitat is only three minutes by car, offering immersive encounters with native Australian wildlife. Palmer Sea Reef Golf Course is a 15-minute walk away for a round surrounded by mountain views and lush greenery. Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina is nearby, serving as the gateway to Great Barrier Reef snorkelling and diving adventures, scenic cruises, and fishing charters.
