Sehr schlechtes Resort in Malaysia

Port Dickson ist ein schöner kleiner Ort am Meer, aber dieses Resort verdient den Namen nicht. Es ist sehr alt und wurde lange nicht renoviert. Man wurde morgens durch laute Musik vom Pool geweckt. Ein richtiges Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, nur am Pool kann man schlecht schmeckende Snacks essen. Die Dusche wurde nur ab und zu warm. Auf Beschwerden wurde nicht reagiert. Hier würde ich nie mehr hinfahren.

hope it can be better in the future.

My parents are the regular customers here. We like the way the staff serve us, patiently, carefully and make us feel like home. The facilities is ok, variety and wifi is fast. The whole place is enjoying, like you are literally living in a resort. Especially the water park. It is so huge that it can contain lots of facility. Both for adult and kids. Suitable for all ranges. Hope it can do even better in the future.

Hotel Facilities Disappointing.

Before arrive,I've courtesy call to Reception to prepare my room accordingly.Upon c/in at 14.30hs,I was told the room was still dirty even though I've contacted the reception on my arrival with family,small children & baby.After waiting for 30mnt.I've been assign & placed in a block A with room num 508.After park the vehicle,I've brought bags and headed to lift.Very disappointed because the lift was out of service & I had to climb the stairs up to level 5.Along the way to the room,I was shocked by the wall building of outdated and bad, corridor was very dirty, flooded and moldy that makes me worried to stay in comfort.I've request to change to the new room due to lift not functioning & away from stairscase.Approched the reception again & my room has been change into the block B with room num 520. Room clean ,but a lot of problems & defect. Room 520: Wall cracked / paint peel off / wall plug burned / water heater out of service / toilet master bedrooms flood / sink leaked /Indoor Aircond dirty & Aircond without remote control. Water Park: Kid water park is outdated and paint peel off and danger.

Not Worth

Run down hotel coupled with lousy room' Old & not cold airconditioner , Damaged Room Door Handle. Low water pressure toilet washing basin. Far away from beach.

The rooms condition are old. Air-con not working for 1 of the room; only blowing wind but not cold at all. Water park Ok.

Aircond not functioning.

Sweating all night, aircond not functioning . Kids enjoyed the water park. Facilities quite old but ok to us.

I will be back

I was attracted by the picture of the swimming pool. It just like what I expected. Big and full of adventurous, my friends and I are very excited with the decoration. It feels not much different with the real beach, but comes with a more secure facility. Surrounded with life guards. The room and bathroom are clean (cleanliness is my first priority). I hope they can provide hair dryer for each room next time. Will be back.

Everything inside the room look old!from outside walk till room also look bad!very bad! Please make improvements!room look outdated n old! Not like as photo showing! Room light dark,bathroom smelly!and also inside room have lizard crawling around!terrible!!!!! When at the night the corridor light is dark! Will not recommend to any1!!!!! Bad experience ever!

We booked this place thru hotels.com.my We really regret with our choice. We hope we can tell the world on how we feel.. We wish to get full refund on the money we spent.. Really terrible. This is not a so called "Family with 2 bedroom suite”. Our room was A-38A. Please stay out from this place. Really bad place. All facilities is outdated. Old Fashioned. Hot shower is not functioning. First A/C is not working & no remote controller. All TV channel is not clear some more they promise for a flat screen tv…but…. All experience we had is really disappointing. My sweet holiday might turns to a nightmares. Ashamed to my husband, sons, daughters and daughter in law. What type of service is this?? At the pool, Towel is not provided. You have to deposit RM40 for the towel & pay RM10 for just to rent the towel and RM10 for volleyball renting for only 1 hour, such a lousy services. Pool is dirty, not well managed. Amenities is old and lousy. No Internet line or run downs. Please stay out from this place. You will be regret of staying here. RM640 for nothing. It is not worth the money. You have to pay more for a "Very Low Cost Services & Facilities.." Do not stay here.. This is first & last.. Family n travellers please do not get stuck in Primaland Port Dickson Resort…….Good Bye..

Room for improvement

The resort is a quiet place and is good for family. However there is more room for improvement. The water park has too much of chlorine in the pools which is not recommended for children who loves to play in the water. The walls at the pool needs to be refurbished as you can see cracks on the wall. As for the rooms, it is spacious and clean with the necessary coffee making facilities. However room security needs to be improved to the latest technology. Apart from that, the stay was pleasant.

The hotel quiet far from city centre. The room a bit outdated but yet is comfortable. Waterpark is most the attraction at prcc.

Frustrated..BLOCK G ROOM 305

Just enter the room...one kind of smell. The Shower..out..better do something so that the next person after me won't feel like me## Both toiled failed not to be rated as 3 STAR. I'm a STAR Rated before while I was in Ministry of Tourism. I'll feel ashemed to my wife, my son and my daughter in-law. They should enjoy the Theme Park BUT NOT LIKE BEFORE......FRUSTRATED.
