Pixies at Ecobay Port Campbell

Our uniquely wonderful home is a stay you won`t regret. Waking up to uninterrupted views of the Great Southern Ocean, reading books on one of the many decks with stunning sunsets or taking in the hand- built home is really just the start. Every nook of the home has a story to tell and is filled with natural light and style. Situated on 2.5 acres with a fire pit, veggie patch, orchard and dam your family really won`t want to leave! It`s a magical spot that we hope you`ll love just as much as us.

It took over 15 years to hand-build so it`s bespoke and filled with so much character. There are enormous recycled timbers, a hand-built staircase which is handcrafted in red gum and a ground floor artfully tiled in a colourful mosaic.

The house is run off tank water so we ask you use the water sparingly. There is a spa bath that should you use please only once per stay.

Set in a bush setting it`s home to many species of local plants and animals including wild flowers, wallabies, koalas and echidna.

Please note there is also a dam so please supervise children at all times, it has a safety gate on entry .

We accept pets, but they are to be downstairs and outside only. We have a gate at the stair case that is to be closed to keep them out of the upstairs area.

All linen and towels are provided to ensure your stay is hassle free.

*Please bring your own fire wood, we suggest you stop and grab some on your way, so you can enjoy both the indoor and outdoor fire pit.

Quiet off the track location and surrounded by bush. Our neighbours are hidden behind the trees. Local wild life have often been spotted rummaging around the area, so make sure you do some exploring but respect that they are wild and keep your distance if you are lucky enough to spot them :)

We are located just out of town so you will need a vehicle to get to us, only a few minutes drive to the local beach and 12 Apostles.

PLEASE NOTE
We can only offer bring your own fire wood at this time, so please stop and grab some on your way as the fires offered will create the magical feel during your stay. We also have a split system heating if you do not wish to light the fire.

🏡 House Rules
• No parties or events.
• Leave the house as you found it. Extra cleaning fees may apply if left untidy.
• Dishes must be washed and all food scraps placed in the rubbish.
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the property.
• Shoes off at the door, please.
• No food or drinks on the couches.
• Use coasters for hot pots. Damage to the dining table will incur replacement charges.
• Check-in from 3pm / Check-out strictly 10am. Please contact us if you require different times.
• Message host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and property damage.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly:
• Red lid → General waste
• Purple lid → Glass
• Green lid → Food scraps & garden waste
• Yellow lid → Recycling
• Report any damage immediately. Additional fees may apply.
