This charming 120 m² house in Portbail-sur-Mer is less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 52 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 1,200 m² garden. - A 52 m² living room with TV, fireplace, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and 5-burner hob.
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, broom, hoover, ironing boards and iron
- Separate WC

First floor:
1ᵉʳ staircase:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with shower and WC

2ᵉ staircase:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 single bed and 1 double bed
- A shower room with shower
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 1,200 m² enclosed garden with fruit trees running around the house.
- Paving all around the house (2 metres wide) with furniture (1 table and 6 chairs) to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Portbail, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly inside the property.

- Nearest train station: Valognes 30 km away (about 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen 112 km (approx. 1 hour 24 minutes by car)
