The Cocoonr agency is offering this holiday home for rent in Pornic, featuring a shared swimming pool, with a floor area of 44 m² and sleeping up to 7 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area.
– An open-plan kitchenette, equipped with: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, hobs…
– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190).
– Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90×190).
– A bathroom with a bath.
– A separate toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
– A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from 15 June to 15 September. It has a separate paddling pool and is secured with an approved child safety lock. The main pool measures approximately 10 m x 8 m.

The 146 m² garden is situated to the east of the house, enjoys plenty of sunshine, and is private and fenced. Garden furniture is available for guests’ use and is stored in the garage.

The house is ideally situated in Pornic, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to two city cars).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
– Nearest railway station: Pornic, approximately 2 km away.
– Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, approximately 45 km away.

Other notes:
– Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
– Bed linen and towels are not included. Only sheets can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. Please bring your own towels.
– End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
– Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
– Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
