Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. „Jane was an excellent host and communicator and happily accommodated a special request we had. Beds comfortable and clean. Ample towels, kitchen appliances and heating and cooling options. Gardens and outdoor area very private and pretty, perfect for relaxing. Proximity to town is great and easily walked.
