We stock the property with the basics for your arrival, including toilet roll, toiletries, kitchen basics and cleaning supplies, all freshly restocked before every stay. Supplies are topped up between guests rather than during your stay, so for longer stays or if you have favourite products, feel free to bring your own extras so you’re all set.

The home is great even for longer stays as iron and ironing board and kitchen equipment are all available as well as a washing machine/dryer for all your laundry needs.

Guests have access to whole property, except the the shed & cleaning cupboard.

Getting Around:

Beryl App

A nearby Beryl Bay in Ashley Cross, just a short walk from the property, allows guests to rent bikes or e-scooters via the Beryl App, ideal for exploring locally or heading towards Poole Quay and Sandbanks.



Buses

Bus stops are within a few minutes’ walk, with regular routes connecting you to Poole town centre, Sandbanks, and Bournemouth, making it easy to get around without a car.



Trains

Parkstone Train Station is within walking distance and offers direct links to Poole, Bournemouth, and London Waterloo, great for day trips or longer journeys.



Taxis

There are several reliable local taxi companies available, providing a quick and convenient way to travel at any time.



By Car

For those traveling by car, Sandbanks Beach, Poole Harbour, and Bournemouth are all just a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:

Pets - This property allows up to 2 pets to stay for an additional fee, which can be paid after booking via your personalised guest portal.



Travel cot available on request. Please note that while we provide the travel cot itself, we do not provide cot bedding or linen. We kindly ask that you bring your own cot mattress sheet and bedding for your little one.



The following quick steps will be required and can be quickly and securely completed via our online portal prior to check-in:

Cancellation Policy

- Free cancellation before the stated deadline. Refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable payment processing and transaction fees.

- Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable.

We're available to help throughout your stay. Our usual office hours are 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week - during these times you can expect a prompt reply.

Outside of these hours, you're still welcome to reach out via your booking channel and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, typically the following morning. For genuine emergencies, we're always on hand and will respond as quickly as we can.
