The Space:
Aurora South is a stunning second floor apartment built to a high standard with floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms and open plan living/kitchen/dining room. Furnished with a contemporary feel perfect for the whole family to enjoy their stay. Located a short walk from the vibrant village of Ashley Cross which offers a variety of local bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
This impressive apartment located on the second floor of a purpose built block with underground parking for one car. Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors leading to a south facing balcony. Comfortable seating in the living room with a 50inch Smart TV and Xbox games console. The kitchen offers breakfast bar with 5 bar stools, electric oven, induction hob, built-in fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. Master Bedroom with King size 5ft bed and fitted wardrobe. En-suite shower room (walk-in double shower, W.C, basin and heated towel rail) Second bedroom with King Size zip and link 5ft bed (can be split into 2x 2ft 6ins singles on request). Family Bathroom (bath with shower over, W.C, basin and heated towel rail).
Parking - There is one parking space within the development's underground parking. (Number plate to be supplied by guest prior to arrival) 2.0m height restrictions. Vehicle charger available on a first-come, first-served basis at an extra cost.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Electric heating. Hairdryers.
Technology – 50” Smart TV & Xbox Games Console in the living room, 32” Smart TV in master bedroom, 43” Smart TV in Bedroom 2. WIFI.
Kitchen - Electric oven and hob, built-in fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine (Nespresso Krups).
Restrictions - No smoking. Pets not permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
Kindly note – Aurora operates an automatic car registration recognition system. It is imperative that you please provide car registration details to Quay Holidays in advance of arriving. Failure to do so is likely to result in a ticket being issued for which we cannot be responsible.
