„Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.“

„⭐ 1/5 — Worst Experience Ever at Casa Aurora! Extremely disappointing experience! We had no internet throughout our entire stay, and the management showed absolutely no concern or urgency to resolve the issue. What made matters worse was the dishonesty. We were offered a refund, which influenced our decision to stay, only for management to go back on their word. They later admitted that they had known the internet wasn’t working from the very beginning but failed to inform us before our ...

„The included Breakfast is not good, very limited.“

„Sichere Umgebung und nettes Personal“

„Es könnte eine bessere Infrastruktur, Modernisierungen vornehmen.“

„Es gibt nichts auszusetzen ein sehr gutes Restaurant gehört zum Hotel“

„Location congested with traffic, food disappointing, staff lame but nice, rooms missing some basic features. Overall average place for the price.“

„We were in Ciudad Jardine for two nights and picked this place for its location. When we walked in it seemed like more of a restaurant than a hotel. It’s both. Just a few rooms and a nice restaurant. Staff was great. Food was very good — we had breakfast and dinner. They seem to be in process of improving this entire space which was an old house. And once they get some pool furniture and some other improvements under their belt (I think it’s less then a year open) it could be a wow!“

„Una experiencia mala realmente, el desayuno no fue agradable las cosas las guardaban en una nevera con mal olor, por ende un jugo de papaya maluco. No arreglaron o hicieron la habitación, al llegar cansados a las 11 de la noche la habitación sucia sin arreglar la cama y con cucarachas encima, les tocó cambiarnos de habitación“

„Very loud guests even after 11 p.m.. sleeping impossible“

„I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!“

„A real fairytale place. Who looks for a very private and luxurious place - very calm although just a short walk from Jardin Plaza Comercial Centre - will find it all here. The design of the villa is stunning and so is the romantic garden. A spacious pool and even a tennis court are at the guests disposal. The best feauture of the place is however the friendly staff. You will feel like home. “
