Discover a tranquil, fully renovated 3-bedroom retreat in Ajuda da Bretanha, nestled in the peaceful countryside of São Miguel Island. This spacious 200m² home perfectly combines modern comfort with rustic charm.

The cosy living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV, offering the ideal spot to unwind. Just adjacent, you’ll find a billiards table, perfect for some friendly fun in a warm, inviting setting.

Step outside to enjoy a lovely outdoor space with seating, where you can soak in the fresh country air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a full set of cookware and cutlery. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

The home features three bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds and one with two single beds. All rooms are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to help you refresh and recharge.

For your peace of mind, the property is professionally cleaned before each stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

São Miguel, the largest island in the Azores archipelago, is a haven of lush landscapes, volcanic lakes, and coastal charm. Often called “The Green Island,” it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural richness. From the stunning crater lakes of Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo to the geothermal wonders of Furnas, São Miguel is made for nature lovers and explorers.

The island is dotted with charming towns like Ponta Delgada, where historic streets meet modern cafés, markets, and a vibrant marina. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the scenic hiking trails, black sand beaches, hot springs, and whale-watching opportunities. With its peaceful villages, friendly locals, and breathtaking views around every corner, São Miguel is a tranquil and unforgettable escape.

The best way to get to the property is by car.

Ponta Delgada Airport is just 35 minutes away.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
